About Totalquartzworks

Founded in March 2005, our company specializes in the research, development, production, and sales of high-quality semiconductor quartz components, quartz glass instruments, optical quartz glass plates, photovoltaic quartz boats, and related accessories. We focus on precision cold processing of quartz products (such as cutting, immersion, polishing, drilling, and slotting) and clean heat processing (including polishing, welding, forming, and annealing).

The company covers an area of 29,023 square meters, with a building area of over 13,000 square meters. We have nearly 50 engineering and technical personnel and an annual production capacity of nearly 500 tons of high-quality quartz products.

Integrated Quartz Product Manufacturing Chain

Our main products include quartz materials, photovoltaic semiconductor quartz substrates and devices, and quartz components for aquatic environments. We have developed a complete industrial chain integrating quartz tube/rod/plate pulling for lighting and photovoltaic applications and deep processing of quartz components.

Advanced High-Precision Production Equipment

Our main production equipment includes: 10 double-sided grinding and polishing machines, 15 CNC machines, 10 CNC lathes, 1 picosecond laser, large internal (external) circular cutting machines, high-precision profiling machines, high-precision centerless grinding machines, high-precision linear cutting machines, flat milling and engraving machines, nanosecond laser cutting machines, CO2 laser marking machines, and other high-precision cutting equipment.

Our quartz products have been exported to many countries, including the United States, Australia, Poland, Sweden, Peru, Turkey, Ethiopia, Thailand, Indonesia, Kazakhstan, Malaysia, Russia, Singapore, South Africa, and more.
