TotalQuartzWorks is a professional manufacturer of high-purity fused quartz tubes, equipped with complete in-house melting, forming, precision cutting, and advanced machining capabilities. Our quartz products are widely used by laboratories, heating equipment manufacturers, optical system integrators, and research institutes worldwide.
Before delivery, every quartz tube undergoes a 950–1050°C, 24-hour high-temperature annealing process to ensure stability and reliability.
The tubes are designed for continuous operation at 1000±50°C, with a maximum working temperature of 1300°C. They can operate for up to 10 hours at 1200°C (higher temperature shortens service duration; exceeding recommended limits may lead to deformation or devitrification).
