Introduction
Our High Pressure Quartz Tubes are engineered specifically for demanding environments where both high internal pressure and elevated temperatures are present.
Made from high-purity fused silica and reinforced with a customized thick-wall structure, these tubes offer exceptional mechanical strength, excellent thermal stability, and high transparency for visible or infrared optical observation.
Pressure Resistance
These thick-wall quartz tubes are capable of safely withstanding:
Working Pressure: up to 10 MPa (100 bar)
Burst Pressure: up to 15 MPa (design-dependent)
Pressure tolerance varies with OD, ID, and wall thickness. Engineering support is available for custom pressure calculations.
Key Features
High-pressure resistant construction (up to 10 MPa)
Excellent thermal shock resistance and dimensional stability
High transparency for visible and IR imaging
Chemically inert and corrosion-resistant
Customizable OD / ID / length (tight tolerances available)
24-hour high-temperature annealing for structural reliability
